APPLICATION CONDITIONS

The following membership conditions were proposed at the General Meeting of 20/02/2001 and accepted unanimously by the members present.

All members are welcome to view the Rules of Incorporated Association at the museum.
Please contact the museum for a Membership Application form.

Entitlements


Individual

Option 1

 

$25.00 pa

  • free entry to museum & reading room

  • access to Government Gazettes

  • 4 newsletters

  • full voting rights

  • 10% discount on new release publications (up to 3 months after first stocking and 1 copy only per membership)

  • 10% discount on entry to all functions costing in excess of $5.50


Individual

Option 2

Become a regular rostered volunteer

 

$12.50 pa

  • as per individual

  • must be equivalent to 1 day per month & in a manner suitable to the museum

 

Marital Partners

Additional $5.00 pa

  • free entry to museum & reading room

  • access to Government Gazettes

  • full voting rights

  • 10% discount on entry to all functions costing in excess of $5.50 each person

 

Extra Family Members under 18 years

Extra  $5.00 each pa

  • free entry to museum and reading room

  • no voting rights

  • 10% discount on entry to all functions costing in excess of $5.50 each person

Life Members

$1,000.00

  • as per individual

 

If a member joins between 1st Jan & 30th June, membership is complimentary for that period but if a person joins 1st July to 31st Dec, full membership will be charged and back issues of the newsletter will be provided. General Meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month at 10 am in the museum.
